Hello PESI Supporters!

The TUSD Summer PD catalogue was just opened and the closing date for most classes is May 19th.

TUSD plans to offer grade level specific

FOSS Science Kit Professional Development Workshops

at Howenstine Resource Center this summer!

The proposed dates are;

Monday & Tuesday, June 17 & 18,  for grades K,  1,  2

Wednesday & Thursday, June 19 & 20,  for grades 3,  4,  5

The announcement should be released soon (April 17, 2024)

Welcome to Partners for Equitable Science Instruction (PESI) Tucson,  home to Tucson’s  most passionate science enthusiasts!  We are a nonprofit 501(c) organization committed to supporting effective and equitable science instruction for teachers and students in Tucson area schools.  We provide science news and information, support science education and opportunities, and offer science professional development and volunteer support for Tucson area classroom teachers.
